1. Data We Collect and Why
1.1 Booking requests
To arrange a booking, we ask you for certain information by email, by telephone, through the chat or through our booking form: name and surname, email, mobile number, hotel or address, the dates and times you have in mind, your preferred method of payment and any remarks. This information is used solely to handle your request, to confirm the booking and to reach you should any difficulty arise. Requests sent through the form reach us by email and are not stored in a database on the site.
Should you choose to pay by card, payment is handled by an independent payment provider with 3-D Secure authentication. It alone receives your card details; we have no access to them.
1.2 Contact form
The
contact form asks for your email, a subject and your message. This data is used only to reply to you.
1.3 Applications (casting)
The
application form collects the data needed to consider your application: identity, address, city and country of residence, date of birth, nationality, validity of your passport, telephone and email, the times at which you may be reached, languages, education and occupation, height, weight, hair, eyes, clothing sizes, a physical description, any previous experience, your motivations, and private photographs. Some of this data is sensitive within the meaning of the law. It is accessible only to the members of the agency in charge of selection, is never published without your written consent, and is neither shared, sold nor rented. We also keep with your file the IP address from which the application reached us and the date on which you accepted our terms, so that we are able to establish that this consent was given.
1.4 Members' area
Access to the members' area is reserved for authorised clients. For security and access management, we record for each session the date, time, duration, IP address and the pages viewed within that area. These logs are used for no other purpose.
1.5 Chat and messaging
Our online chat runs on Chatwoot, an open-source tool that we host ourselves on our own server. Conversations remain under our sole control and are not entrusted to any chat provider. The widget only loads when you open the chat; it then sets a cookie in your browser to keep your conversation from one page to the next (see 6) and records, together with the conversation, your IP address and the country it points to, for the security of the service. If you have accepted chat context in the cookie settings, it also attaches to the conversation the list of pages you viewed during your visit and the site you came from, so that our team can reply with the right context; as these pages may reflect your preferences, they are shared only with that consent. If you have also accepted audience measurement, the conversation carries the corresponding Matomo visitor identifier, which allows our team to find that visit in our statistics. If no conversation is started, this data is deleted within 24 hours. Exchanges through Telegram are governed by the
Telegram privacy policy.
1.6 Technical and statistical data
As most websites do, we automatically collect certain technical data. With your consent, given or refused in the cookie settings, we measure visits to the site with
Matomo, an open-source tool that we host ourselves: the data remains under our sole control. The information analysed covers geographic origin, browser and device, operating system, screen resolution, pages viewed, referring site, timestamps and browsing path; cookies allow a returning visitor to be recognised (see 6). Without your consent, no audience measurement takes place, and your browser's Do Not Track signal is still honoured. Your IP address is used to determine your approximate location, then two bytes of it are masked before anything is stored; the full address is never kept in our statistics. Our server also keeps a technical log of requests, including IP addresses, for security and maintenance only.
Also with your consent, Cloudflare, our delivery and security provider, measures how quickly pages display as you experience them (Cloudflare Web Analytics), without cookies or identifiers.
When you send a booking request, a message through the contact form, an application or a request for an access code, your IP address is attached to the message we receive; for applications, it is also kept with the file (see 1.3). It serves only to prevent abusive submissions and to deal with any security incident.
Apart from that IP address attached to form submissions, and kept with applications, we do not link this technical data to the information you provide to us, except, where you have accepted it, the link between a chat conversation and your visit described in 1.5.
2. Legal Grounds
We process your data in order to provide the service you request (bookings, replies to your messages, consideration of an application), on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running (logs, protection against abuse) and, for audience measurement, performance measurement and chat context, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time from the
Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
3. Sharing of Data
We neither sell nor rent your data, and we disclose it to no third party, subject to the following.
The escort you choose to meet receives only the information needed for the booking: your first name or name, the name of your hotel or your address, the room number and your mobile number. She undertakes in writing to destroy it once the booking is over. Every hostess of the agency is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement.
Our technical providers process certain data on our behalf, within the limits of their task: Cloudflare (delivery of the site, firewall, protection against bots and verification of forms, performance measurement with your consent;
Cloudflare privacy policy) and, for emails sent to Apple mailboxes (iCloud, me.com, mac.com), a
Proton Mail relay. Our other emails are sent from our own mail server.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or in response to judicial proceedings or an order from a competent authority.
4. International Transfers
Cloudflare may process data in the United States, under the safeguards recognised for such transfers (data privacy frameworks, standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention Periods
Booking requests, contact form messages and the related exchanges: kept for as long as needed to follow up the relationship, with no predefined time limit, unless you ask us to erase them. Applications: kept, photographs, IP address and date of acceptance of our terms included, until you explicitly ask us to erase them. Members' area logs: kept with no predefined time limit, unless you ask us to erase them. Technical server log: 12 months. Matomo statistics: visit data kept for no more than 13 months, in pseudonymised form (truncated IP address); aggregated, anonymous statistical reports may be kept longer. Your cookie choice: kept for 6 months, then requested again. Chat conversations: kept on our own server, with no predefined time limit, unless you ask us to erase them; anonymous visitors who have not started a conversation are erased within 24 hours. Encrypted backup copies are kept for no more than 6 months; if a backup is restored, the retention periods above are applied again.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
The site uses a limited number of cookies. Some are necessary for it to work and do not require your consent: a technical session cookie, deleted when you close your browser; two cookies that remember your cookie choice (fe_consent and fe_consent_at), kept for 6 months; security cookies set by Cloudflare to tell visitors from bots, kept for up to 12 months; a cookie set by the chat when you open it, which keeps your conversation from one page to the next, kept for 12 months.
Others are set only with your consent: the Matomo audience measurement cookies (_pk_id, _pk_ses, _pk_ref), kept for no more than 6 months, which allow a returning visitor to be recognised. Cloudflare's performance measurement sets no cookie. When you accept chat context, your browser keeps in memory, for the duration of the session, the page through which you arrived on the site.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept everything, decline everything or choose service by service. You may change this choice at any time from the
Cookie settings link at the foot of every page; audience measurement cookies are then deleted. The members' area also uses your browser's local storage to display the remaining session time. You may also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; some functions, notably the forms, may then no longer be available.
7. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS: the data you enter in our forms is encrypted in transit. Our forms are protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser; your IP address is passed to it for that verification alone. Our emails travel over an encrypted connection between your provider and our server; the content of an email is not, however, encrypted end to end, and we recommend an encrypted messaging service for any sensitive information. We apply the usual technical and organisational measures to protect your data, both in transit and once received. No transmission over the Internet and no electronic storage is entirely secure, however.
8. Your Rights
You may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, withdraw a consent you have given and, for the data you provided to us, obtain a copy in a common format. Write to
[email protected]; we may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
You may at any time object to our service communications by writing to the same address; notifications strictly necessary to handle a request in progress remain possible.
9. Minors
Our services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; should this occur, we would delete it as soon as we became aware of it.
10. Images and Illustrations
The photographs published on the profiles are of the hostesses themselves; for discretion, their faces never appear. Blog and city guide illustrations are licensed stock images, some of them generated by artificial intelligence; they never depict our escorts.
11. Changes to the Agency
Should the structure of the agency change, for instance following a transfer of the business, your data could be among the assets transferred. You would be informed by email or by a notice published on the site for 30 days.
12. Changes to This Statement
We may amend this statement; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a material change, a notice will be published on the site.
