The members' area is open to clients authorised by the agency; its conditions are set out in Article 9 of our Terms and Conditions. To log in, click on Member access, enter your email address, then the access code you receive by email.
Each code is valid for a single login. Regular members receive a new code each time they enter their email address; for temporary access, the code is sent by the agency. Only one connection is possible at a time: should you close the window without logging out, kindly allow two minutes before logging in again, so that the previous session is released.
The session closes automatically after 15 minutes without activity. Where your access is limited in time, it runs from the moment you log in, even if you close the page; the remaining time is shown on screen.
Code no longer working? Simply enter your email address again to receive a new one, and do check your spam folder. After several incorrect codes, logging in is suspended for 24 hours. Should the email not arrive, should the login still be refused, or should your access have ended, please contact us and we will look into it.
