Your booking is confirmed once the sum has been credited, which usually takes 1 to 5 working days depending on your bank and the country of origin. Do allow for that: for a date close at hand, a credit card is quicker, and cash at the start of the date simpler still.
The beneficiary wording is neutral: neither the Felines name nor the nature of the arrangement appears, on your transfer instruction or on your statement.
A transfer suits the 40 per cent deposit that confirms a first booking, a date involving travel or an overnight, as well as payment in full in advance, which is the rule for a journey or a larger sum. Unlike a card, it carries no transaction fee on our side.
We prefer the euro. Swiss francs (CHF), pounds sterling (GBP) and dollars (USD) are also accepted; in that case, do let the agency know in advance so that we can quote you the exact sum. The equivalents shown on our Rates page follow the average European Central Bank rate, plus a 2 per cent exchange commission.
